Sekuwa Marinade

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Nepali yogurt

  • 4 fresh green chilies
  • 1 medium red onion, roughly chopped

  • 1-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled and cut into small pieces
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon or lime juice
  • ½ cup plain yogurt (or 4 tablespoons water for blending)
  • Salt to taste
